Real Talk Christian Podcast started as a local church teaching ministry to provide biblical answers to the world that Christians find themselves in, but the podcast quickly grew to global ministry. Here, you’ll find conversations around theological topics, practical living, and stories from Christians who are striving to have real conversations around both everyday and difficult conversations. Each episode is designed to feel like you’re sitting down with two of your favorite friends. Generally, the first 15-20 minutes of each show is full of laughs, banter, and fun conversations before jumping into the episode’s content. Everyone knows that you never bring up two topics at the family dinner table: religion and politics. Thankfully, we aren't most people.
On this episode of Real Talk Christian Podcast, Marc and Fuller talk about politics and specifically answer the question, "Can Christians be political?" There are so many Christians that combine their faith with a political platform, and we set out to see if that's a Christian idea or a worldly idea that has crept into the faith. We look at governments in the Old Testament and New Testament, if Christians should vote, can Christians serve as political figures, and how Christians should handle political conversations in every day life.

The Purity Culture started as a movement to teach teens and young adults the purpose of sex, dating, and relationships. Although it has great intentions, the movement ended up hurting many who followed the list of do's and don’ts.
A few years ago, Joshua Harris, author of “I Kissed Dating Goodbye,” traveled around the nation, recording people’s testimonies of those who were hurt by this movement. Soon after his travels, he felt the need to rescinding his book and condemn the movement, but does all of this make the Purity Culture movement bad?
In this week's episode, Marc and Fuller discuss the Purity Culture – what it is, what it meant to accomplish, and what it means to live in movement. The Bible talks about sex and purity, but what in the purity culture is biblical and what is someone’s opinions? One way to find out!

Studies show that over half of all believers wrestle with doubt, specifically regarding if Christianity is the one true religion and if God exists. If those studies are correct, that probably means that if you're reading this, you, at one point or another, have had doubts about your faith.
