020: Who is the Sunday morning church service for, believers or unbelievers?

Many churches follow the mottos of "we want to be a church that unsaved people love to attend" and "before you believe, you belong with us." Is this the correct mindset to have, and what is the ultimate purpose of the Sunday Morning worship service/experience? We look at what the church is, what the church isn't, and is it such a bad idea to create worship experiences that unsaved people enjoy? Marc and Chris have some different opinions on this topic, so we hope you enjoy the conversation.
